Returns Policy

1.         This policy sets out the returns policy for products or services purchased through the online store operated by Dempson Digital, a department of Dempson Ltd.

2.         To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

(a) a standard product (i.e. not one that has been printed to your specifications);

(b) in the same condition that you received it; and 

(c) in the original packaging.

3.         Products that have been made to your specifications cannot be returned, except where such products are faulty or not as described.

4.         For eligible products, our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price if you change your mind and wish to return the product(s) for a reason other than that they are faulty or not described properly.

5.         Where you would like to return an eligible product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item.  Please contact us as soon as possible, but no more than 14 days after you have received your delivery.  Any goods returned must be received by us within 28 days of the original delivery date.  All goods must be returned to us at the following address:  Dempson Digital, Hermitage Mills, Hermitage Lane, Barming, Maidstone, Kent ME16 9NP.

6          You will be responsible for choosing the shipping method and carrier for any eligible products returned. All returns are at your own risk and expenses.  

7.          If the product you purchased was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and in no event more than 2 days following the delivery of your order.

8.         If the product you purchased was faulty, or you think the product was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund.  All requests must be made within 28 days following the delivery of your order.

9.         Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed.  For refunds, we will credit your original method of payment within 30 days of our receipt of the returned product(s).

10        If we have told you we have issued a refund but you haven't received it yet, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank; some banks and card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

11.       If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
