Customised Orders: 

Your order will be digitally printed according to your specifications and then converted into bags or mailers.  Production time is generally 4-6 weeks from the date your completed artwork is received by us (where you are placing the artwork on the template) or approved by you (where we are placing the artwork on the template for you).  Delivery will be by courier or palletised delivery service and is free of charge anywhere in the UK. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched.

Pre-printed Orders: 

Pre-printed orders will be dispatched by courier the next working day and delivery is free of charge anywhere in the UK.  Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery once you receive your Order Confirmation.

Orders outside the UK: 

Production times will be the same as for domestic orders (see above).  Please contact us to arrange international delivery.  International delivery charges will apply and delivery terms are DAP (Delivered at Place).  This means that we will clear the goods for export (where applicable) but you, the customer, are responsible for clearing the goods for import, paying any import duty and carrying out import customs formalities.

We use professional couriers to deliver your items (e.g. APC/DPD Local / DHL International) or a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order.

It is important that you provide us with the full delivery address and contact telephone number. If goods are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.

A signature will be required on delivery unless you have instructed otherwise. We cannot accept any liability for items that are not signed for.

Your order may be delayed if there are any unexpected stock shortages or if we encounter any problems during printing or conversion. We will notify you by e-mail or telephone if this should occur.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

Please note that we rely on our couriers to fulfil your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond Dempson Digital’s control such as traffic conditions or bad weather. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched.
